The products on fourwindsbotanicals.com are sold on the condition that the seller shall not be held responsible for any outcome, accident, or injury from the use or misuse of the products.  Unless stated otherwise none of our products are sold for consumption and are sold for use as incense or in aromatherapy, or for professional research and identification.  All Kratom products are only offered as an exotic incense, absolutely not for consumption of any kind. 

 

By ordering the customer affirms that s/he is eighteen years of age or older and that it is legal to order the products that s/he wishes to in the area that s/he resides.  Under no circumstances will products be sold to minors.  Those who are under 18 attempting to place an order with us will be prosecuted as will others who attempt fraud.  Being under 18 and attempting to order constitutes a form of fraud.

 

We do not ship to Malaysia, Thailand, or Australia, and there may be other countries we will not ship to—all international customers must email to inquire about ordering.  We reserve the right to decline to ship to any country outside of the US.

Unless otherwise stated all of the products that we sell are not sold for human consumption.  If the title of a product we sell bears the label “Medicinal herb” it may be consumed.  Otherwise all products are not intended for consumption, especially our Kratom incense products—under no circumstance are these for ingestion!  There are several reasons that an herb, extract, or incense is sold on the basis that the buyer knows that fourwindsbotanicals.com does not sell the product for consumption.  Among those reasons are as follows:  the herb is listed by the FDA as poisonous or unsafe.  The herb may have come under scrutiny for claims of danger or the need for more studies before it is deemed safe and fit for supplemental consumption.  It may also be that the traditional use of the products in question have been symbolic or ritualistic and would be used as incense or spiritual offering.  Certain products have an extensive history as incense and not as herbs for ingestion.  Some products have also only been employed in crafts, art, music, divination, and shelter construction among other uses excluding internal consumption.  These products are not sold for human consumption and are sold for purposes of botanical preservation, professional research excluding ingestion of the products, use in art and craft, or in education.  And, of course, use as incense or smudge (smudge is the practice of burning raw herbs or resins as one would do with incense.)  fourwindsbotanicals.com shall not be held responsible if our products are misused in any way including, but not limited to, being ingested either by the customer or any third party.  Consumption includes any type of internal ingestion such as oral or sublingual ingestion or smoking, or other means of ingestion. 

 

By ordering from fourwindsbotanicals.com the customer agrees to assume all responsibility to abide by applicable laws.  The customer understands that s/he is under full liability for any personal injury, property damages, or other damages sustained either directly by his or herself or indirectly by another, that may result from the purchase, use, or misuse of any product from fourwindsbotanicals.com .
