Shipping and Returns

Shipping Info

 

Orders are filled and shipped as soon as we can, most often the same business day if the order is placed before our cut off time (by 1pm eastern time, which is 10am on the West Coast), otherwise it will be sent the following business day.  So far we have been able to stick to our same day shipping guarantee if the order comes in by cut off.  If it is determined your order will take longer to ship out you will be notified right away, this is such a rare occurrence it has only happened a couple times over the years.  Once your order is placed you’ll receive an email receipt from Paypal and then you will receive an email from stamps.com once your order has shipped, with the tracking number (if you choose Express overnight), or delivery confirmation number in the case of Priority mail (which is not true tracking, often it does update along the way, but sometimes will only update once the package is actually delivered).  The stamps.com email can sometimes go to the customer’s spam or bulk folder, so please check there if it has not come to your inbox, and email us if it can’t be found in spam, that has happened a couple times and we’ll be happy to send it to you manually. 

 

We do not ship on Saturdays.  Most often we are closed for the weekend and will ship the following Monday any orders that come in past our 1pm eastern cut off time on Friday—we are not able to answer email as often on the weekends as we do during the week, when we are very fast to reply.  But, we will always reply at least by Monday morning. 

 

Most orders shipped within the United States will be sent via USPS Priority Mail which takes 2 or 3 days and we charge a flat rate of $5 per order regardless of weight.  USPS Express overnight orders that can fit into a flat rate envelope will be $16.50 and larger orders sent Express will be $20-25 depending on the weight.  Customer can choose between Priority and Express at the paypal checkout, Express is most often guaranteed next day delivery, however for rural addresses and some other circumstances they may only be guaranteed the second day from date of shipping.  We currently only ship using usps postal service, but if you require another method please email to see what we can work out. 

 

We do not send plants out of the US due to so many restrictions abroad.

 

International orders: cannot be placed through our shopping cart, we must be emailed for orders outside of the US and will handle each one of these orders individually.  We absolutely do not ship to Malaysia, Thailand, Finland, Norway, or Australia, and may refuse to ship to any other country.  For international orders we have a $100 minimum order amount, this is something we can work with so if you required a smaller order initially please email us to discuss that.

Returns

 

We can not take returns on herbal products if the package (box or envelope) has been opened, all herbal products are sold as is and sales are final.  However, in the extremely rare case that there is an issue please email us and we will do all we can to resolve it with you.
